A device to recover heat/energy unique in the world

The production of the energy necessary to heat or cool the air conditioning and domestic hot water system of our condominium is based on an innovative system of recovering calories from Antibes’ sewage - which is a world first !

Until now, waste waters were always filtered before calories were collected from the primary network.

For Via Marenda, there is no filtering and the energy is directly recovered from the public sewerage system.

What is the advantage of this process ?

For every 3 KW of energy injected into our heating, cooling and domestic hot water system we are only invoiced 1 KW of electricity.

What are the advantages of this solution ?

For 3 KW of power injected into our heating, air conditioning or domestic hot water devices, we are only billed for 1 KW of electricity.
