Maintenance of the secondary heating/cooling network: The second demisting of the secondary heating - cooling network is complete. This operation concerns private housing and social housing.

Secondary network maintenance contract: The VINCI contract for the maintenance of the secondary network expires at the end of March 2025. Three companies are consulted: DALKIA - MISSENARD and VINCI. This contract concerns all members of the ASL: private housing, social housing, shops and the cinema. Decision by the end of February.

End of the BNP REPM contract for the management of the ASL: The initial contract dates from the first AGM in 2022. It will end after the next ASL AGM in March. It will be proposed that the technical monitoring position of the initial contract be taken over by the maintenance of the secondary network. Two trustees will be consulted to replace BNP REPM which is refocusing on office management.

Meters and GTC Project: Our condominium has a set of electronic meters that measure the flow of hot or chilled water that circulates in our fan convectors to heat us in the winter and cool us in the summer. For social housing, only hot water is sent to the radiators during the winter. These meters, which are per apartment on our landings, will be automatically read by a fiber optic telecommunications network that is centralized in the caretaker's lodge. In this lodge, a server will monitor all the housing (heating, cooling, domestic hot water and electricity consumption). This management, called GTC for Centralized Technical Management, will be implemented during the year 2025. It is part of the conditions for the ECO QUARTIER label that our municipality aimed for when creating VIA MARENDA.
